Avatar did most of the work, GBD did coding for the current beta and a bunch of asset tweaks and additions, and I just helped GBD with the coding (mostly trying to get him to do it himself after explaining a few things). GBD has gotten pretty good with the DLL coding now.

yes. I did a buuunch of work, code, maps, skies, weapons, most of the IA/MP maps, view the credits page for more info.

The next beta release will fix all the current known issues, and make MP work right again on PB6.3. ATM I'm just working on tweaking up a more BZ2'ish base config interface, as an optional install component.

Hmm? But, BZC has no factories with logins?

But yes, that does need to be fixed up...

I don't have the direct post, but edit the shortcut to include "/nointro" at the end (sans quotes).

This is known problem and GBD has it fixed in the next release.
If you happen to be looking through my posts, I have completely dumped all things related to Battlezone. Do not contact me, do not bother me. Been harassed enough as it is and am done entirely.

Had a nice game playing IA on Dunes, did hang just before it was completely over though.
I was just sending waves of tanks at the AI and broke their defense that way, but before I could send out the finishing blow (using bombers, for variaties sake) the game hung on me.
The amount of scrap on the center of the map was somewhat funny, specially since it allowed me to keep building ships as long as I had pilots. Seems the scrap respawn feature might be a bit overdoing it.
