Assuming they are CFG files to launch the mod, they'd need to be placed in your BZ2 directory...

ZTV can't be used in single player missions, can it?

I doubt it. ZTV was originally an 'asset safe' map-based mod for 1.2 that only added a few multiplayer missions. RD made ZTV compatible with 1.3.
