Here is the saved game from the "Two-minute warning" SP campaign mission: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/40900550/22.sav
I cannot activate the Wormhole Controller. The objectives window displays "Logging on to the alien network" and nothing happens.

Maybe someone tried to remote-flash the firmware on the router of the alien network and bricked it.

A CFG is supposed to pop up there, first establish if it even is but is just rendering badly, and work from there.

I'll work on a fix for that CFG. I also have the DLL Files in Scriptor format. I'll also start working on fixing the weapons.

installing new drives now. the boot drive my os is on doesn't have a system partition on it, so that's complicating things a bit atm.

I just played a game and noticed that Lancers seem to morph too often.

That is the game itself. If you send out a mix of units (assault & combat) the Scion morphing units can get a bit confused and sort of commit suicide in the process. Morphing in between a mix of assault and combat units tends to not work too productive. Which is why I always tell my Scion combat units (the ones that morph) to lock in unmorphed mode and add some Maulers to the mix to deal with assault units.

Ahhh, it all makes sense now :P Thanks!

Also, why is it that EDF/Scion are the default race, regardless of what was chosen, on some of the IA maps?
