Of course he does. Have you ever had two copies of BZ2 open at the same time, joined into the same game, and consequently produced a good bugtest?
Re: Screenshots and Pictures from Battlezone
Are you a moron? I just said that running it on 2 computers simultaneously with only ME was problematic. You expect me to be playing against myself on the same exact screen? Does ANYONE even THINK anymore before posting or do they just write whatever dribbles out of their ear.Cyber wrote:Nielk1 wrote: What, all one of me? This is an MP heavy mod. I need to at LEAST check two spawn points at once. And using two computers gets frikin' confusing!

I am no moron.
I just wanted to give you this TIP because many ppl doesnt know that 2-bzone's in same time are good for testing!

Re: Screenshots and Pictures from Battlezone
I think Nielk1 will have figured that out by now.

Re: Screenshots and Pictures from Battlezone
Good for testing certain shell things, but in a game that requires multiple people actively functioning, it is all but useless. Also, you can't lag test yourself since, well, you are the local user and packets tend to reach yourself pretty fastCyber wrote:I am no moron.

Re: Screenshots and Pictures from Battlezone
If I could get applicants for testing capable of utilizing the working copy end of a subversion repository I could stop being cranky and direct some testing.
I like making my stuff and having others test it. Testing things I made myself, or fixed myself at least, is an inevitable lead to omissions and failure.
