Hi,

Making and playing wondeful mods, we forgot about the original BZ2 SP campaign. The mission is "The Dark Planet" - look at https://www.dropbox.com/s/qa1guwr7g61yy ... oard01.jpg - first, the turrets are now look as undeployed (actually, they are firing), and second - where is that Factory that has been already built? It never appears.

Also, look at https://www.dropbox.com/s/2u0vrf5z3cwjn ... oard02.jpg - why are these vertical stripes at the end of each line? I do not remember when they appeared, it was 1-2 years ago.

I just played through that mission on z43, didn't see any turret problems but Shaby totally failed to build the base.

I am using the z43 patch, however, the pilot and the saved game files are from one of the previous versions. If someone is interested, here are they: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/409 ... Planet.sav

missed the crig not building the base; crig is put on my team and then never builds the base. the dll is meant to trigger on stuff the mission aip is supposed to build, but the line that loads the aip is commented out in the dll.

Here is another screenshot, the mission is "Fanning the Fire": https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/409 ... oard01.jpg

The "Look at (null) tank" message appears at the end of this mission since the 1.3 patch was born. A few versions ago there was also a message like "librec.odf does not exist" or something like this.

DirectX error 0x88760869 is a DirectX 3D not available error. Can you post (or email to me) the battlezone.log that notes when that happened? That should have a bit more context. Also, your battlezone.log file will note your system specs so I can help trace this a bit more.

If I remember right, you had a GeForce 2MX/4MX card, which is really at the bottom end of what's supported.

I cannot reproduce this error anymore. If I get it again, I will keep the log file.
My graphic card is GeForce GTX 460 - not a so awful relict.

BZ2 now keeps the 5 most recent battlezone.log files, look in {My Documents}\My Games\Battlezone II\ . (And also up to 10 log files that note a crash.) You can search the files you do still have and see if that message appears in one of them.

Here is the log file with this error from 1.3.6.5: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/409 ... 55.883.log
Looks like the error occurs after switching applications with Alt+Tab.
