Error Installing

I am getting the following error when installing the latest version:

Tried to work with Windows XP SP2 (or higher)'s firewall, but failed. Got: 0x800706d9

Any ideas?

That's the "You need to turn on Windows Firewall" error code. Seems you can't interact with it if it ain't there.

Open a webbrowser, type in 'google.com', press enter, wait for the page to load, enter the error-code, press enter once more.
First link I got was MS's site telling me it is an error you get when your firewall has been turned off.
