Works for me, in a build newer than 131y. I can control winamp, adjust volume with my keyboard's media keys while running bridges2i.bzn windowed.Vearie reports that his media keys, on his keyboard, are not working with y.

Vearie says he's tried both windows media player and foobar 2k, both fullscreen and windowed mode, neither work.
