2003-2007 by Avatar in his spare time. I've been working on it since 2007, keeping it updated and working on things. Avatar since 2008 has been nearly completely absent from the Internet...

I could pass on a letter to him but some how i don't think he would like being bothered if he hasn't chosen to visit the forums so i wouldn't be inclined to do it. if he's been out of contact such a long time, he could be ill.
