BZ2 1.3.6.3b patch - OPEN BETA & TESTING

Download this and unpack over your existing 1.3.6.3 install's exe. This is a quick patch that fixes RakNet matchmaking, re-enables fbspir ordnance, and a few other minor changes.

If you can, please install and test this. At some point, I'll make a 1.3.6.4 full build installer. Your best chance of having bugs fixed for 1.3.6.4 is to report things on the 1.3.6.3 series. Logfiles -- battlezone.log and chatlog (if enabled) -- are useful. Otherwise, reporting things in a way that makes them happen here is best.

Haven't seen any games up at all...not sure if its a goof on my part or there aren't any up...

some have been up; it varies. did you copy an install? if so, firewall exceptions won't point to copied install.

I played two PB6.3b games last night. The 1st lagged out. Seemed like ZA had a bad connection in a 2 v 2 strat, it eventually lead to constant server resyncs even after ZA left. The second game, ZA didn't join, was a 2 v 2 strat on Appel's Giza map, I must say, 1 hour long lag free FUN strat. It seems BZ2 still has the resync bug when one bad connection hoses the rest of the session on the server (even if they quit) until restart.

We didn't play Scion so was unable to tell if the spire collisions are fixed, but I hear they are.

Thanks a bunch GSH and those on the private beta team!!

P.S. There seems to be a bit of confusion about the 6.3b patch. I needed to inform people the original 6.3 beta needs to be installed 1st, then extract 6.3b over (otherwise they were getting missing raknet DLL errors).
