BZ2 Issue: Service Trucks Don't Heal Each Other
With the latest 1.3.6.4y patch the service trucks healed all the base building & units except each other. This happened even after all other units were repaired & the trucks were just sitting near each other.

I think it's not new. Trucks and scavengers and rocket tanks are very stupids. (and the last version is y)
I can not count the times where the trucks don't heal me, the scavengers stay stuck in a buildings for 20 minutes, and the rocket tanks don't shoot anything.
For the service trucks and scav it's not new of the 1.3.6.3 i'm sure. But for rkt tanks i never had seen i loose my base two times because they do nothing.
If you puts your service trucks alone in a clear place who nothing to be healed is, they must heal themself, by little heal pulsions, but not if they are stacked in one position, service trucks need like ~3 meters for heal. I often separe my trucks for heal them.

There is an ODF command that allows service trucks to heal each-other, but in the interest of balance this is usually not activated.

Well I did see a service truck heal the other but only once. Must have been a fluke. Anyway since I don't know anything about ODF commands could you let me know if I can enter this on the console? I don't know anything about ODF either.

Not a bug, design intent, ODF flags control this behavior. Hyper Trucks (in the Recycler Variant list) heal everything.
Re: BZ2 Issue: Service Trucks Don't Heal Each Other
Which does again introduce other behaviour, like finding your service trucks 300 meters from where you want them.

There are settings to control the range as well.Red Spot wrote:Which does again introduce other behaviour, like finding your service trucks 300 meters from where you want them.
Re: BZ2 Issue: Service Trucks Don't Heal Each Other
I know, but they heal the next thing within say 100mtr, than the next thing within 100mtr range of their new position. They do not use the first position for healing, but their current position.
