"This reminds me of a story told to me by a woman who worked for the OSS at the time they were moving into the newly-built Pentagon. In a set of old dusty files, she found time cards from before the Civil War, in triplicate. In order to save time, space, effort and expense in moving into the new facility, she wrote a memo requesting that she be allowed to throw away two of the three copies. She received a response. Yes, she could destroy two of the three copies as long as she made and filed two copies of each copy she was destroying. (Bureaucracy!)"

he’s concerned the President would hand over sovereignty of the United States to the U.N.
Surely there are procedures in place to remove judges when they become mentally unfit to perform their duty's?

Honestly, if we have a revolution here, its not going to be the people who are shooting, at least not first. In this day and age, ideas are a weapon. Those who disbelieve that are ignorant. In the face of what can only be described as inanity in the federal government, states will secede, and they will do so bloodlessly and without conflict. Military action may be taken against those people, but they are not the type to fight if not attacked first, they will simply win not with attrition by conflict but attrition by information warfare.

Despite constant attempts to whittle it down I still have faith in American citizens and humanity as a whole. As Americans our nation was founded on certain core principles which continue to be tested to this day. I see no reason for anyone to commit war over that which can be won with peaceful protest. We have it now, we don't need to fight unless we allow it to be taken away first.

As we all know, we've had outrageous fanatics at much higher levels of goverment in the recent past.

Yes but this is not fanaticism, its total fairyland. He is either completely ignorant or insane, both conditions should disqualify him from holding a position as a judge.

In this day and age, ideas are a weapon.

It is also not inconceivable that weapons become idea's. Bio hacking with memetic viral agents is probably the cheapest and most effective form of warfare. So simple to cause a nation to implode in on itself as its population tears itself apart over ridiculous and self destructive idea's. I am beginning to wonder if that war has already started, it would explain a lot of the demented stuff going on.

Epic comment in the comments section
Here's a thought, instead of being all up in everyone's genitals and bedrooms, how about a plan that is actually about a smaller government and fiscal responsibility.

No? Asking for too much? Yeah, I thought so.

And the GOP can't remember that most Arizona's immigration policies were deemed unconstitutional?
Also, new phrased coined for christian ultraconservatives -- 'talibangelists'.
