Municipalities dropping like flies, giving the streets back to the unwashed masses.

i love how women are always shouting about having the right to choose - but conveniently forget that they chose to have sex in the first place (rape excepted) - then use the tired excuse that it is a "woman's prerogative to change her mind" to kill their unborn child.

If anyone has the right to decide on this issue, it is the woman carrying the child, taking away that choice is a violation of the woman's right to control her own life. Billions of fertilised eggs fail naturally anyway, modern technology gave us the ability to control this process to some degree, ending millennia of suffering of both women and unwanted children.
This is an extremist religious inspired violation of peoples lives, they are welcome to have their rules for their followers, but forcing them onto others is oppressive and wrong. Americans will now have to do what the subjects of other oppressive nations have to do, go abroad for the treatments their own theocracy has banned. Lets hope you keep your orphanages well financed.
What's next, no votes for women? Criminalising men who cheat on their wives? hell just ban divorce and make sex outside marriage illegal...You'll be needing some religious police of course, presumably armed.
That law just made every fertile woman permanently pregnant in the eyes of the law.
I'm really glad this isn't going to happen over here, I really don't take kindly to having people with ridiculous beliefs systems telling me how to live.

He does have a point.
Its close to the same as women who follow an expensive education (over here most of that is payed by the state ยป read: the public), while they are 'focussed' on having children...

well, when i read about doctors holding babies inside wombs until they suffocate, babies' brains being sucked out of their heads by pumps or their limbs being torn off in the womb, or injected with salt, just so 'mom' isn't inconvenienced, their "it's my my body and my right!" loses any validity...

there is such a thing as being personally responsible for the results of your own choices and actions, but people tend to have conveniently forsaken that.

anyways, that my stand, so that's all for me.

If it's alright to just kill the people that are a burden to us then there is a long list of people that would cover. Why does it only have to be babies and murderers on death row. Why not drug addicts, pedophiles, people on Welfare, homeless, people on life support with no insurance and whole slew of other people. Because it isn't right to murder someone, that's why. No one should be murdered. Execution of the murderers is fine though.

Don't get me wrong , I do not approve of abortion, but as far as I am concerned, while the baby is within the mother, it is her flesh, if she chooses to destroy it, that's up to her. I pity those who have to that make that choice and have no respect at all for those who consider it to be normal. In the end, Darwinism is Gods way, the weak and stupid die and the survivors go on. I would have far more respect for attempts to combat the forces that make this something people will even consider choosing. The attitudes of many men towards women and sex being just one of them.
Making it illegal, however just returns us back to the dark days of having no control at all, and everything that goes with it, abandoned babies, children stunted and damaged by abject poverty and desperate mothers needlessly dying in backstreet clinics.
I guess it won't be long until benefit dependent women will be required to have implants...Financial eugenics next. Queue here for your reproduction licence, please bring evidence of your income and authorisation from your church.
Simple fact is, this is exactly what most of you complain about, state interference in things that are really none of its business.

Hence the abortion limit.
Please note the
New law in Arizona states 'pregnancy begins two weeks before conception'

Arizona has made contraception illegal?

What happens now is so predictable, that a lawsuit against the state should be prepared now. A black market in the morning after pill will emerge, soon after that the inevitable fake/contaminated products will start harming young ladies (and their unborn) all over the nation. Children will be born with appalling disabilities and young mothers will die or end up sterile.
Even more of your young end up on drugs because they buy their protection from dealers too.
