One member of the community had gone through the changelogs up to pb4a and compiled all of the odf settings into a file known as the ModLog. Not sure it can still be downloaded though. GreenHeart has a link to it, but that link is broken. I still have the source files to it, so I should be able to recompile it, if necessary. Red Devil also has the source files to it.

I never worked past pb4a. That leaves two changelogs that will need to be gone over. I have the source code to the ModLog as does RD so it can be updated. I just haven't had the time and energy or the motivation to do so.
