They certainly don't have the greatest track record with alien technology, but I'm not going to confirm or deny that.

So...

I know what TwinShadow thinks, but what do the rest of you think of the fangs?

Are they too ridiculous?

The new Fury model was built without the fangs and they were added on afterwards.

If enough people hate them, I'll get rid of them.

I like them, but their size makes them seem like they're baby snakes. More cute than menacing

Cute Furies.

As to fangs, I have no problem with them.

It took me quite a while to notice them, but when I did they looked cute. Sorta like a bucktoothed fury.

Assuming you're springboarding these from the chthonian or human furies, you might want to consider doing a new version of the Claw or Tyrant. (one had five legs, the other four) The Nexus in FE and its subordinate units are examples of Hadean furies.

5 legs. That might be weird to animate. 4 legs is good. 8 legs is a bitch but I've done it before.

A Fury walker with 8 legs and fangs anyone?

If you put legs on them that will probably mean they won't be able to fly, which is half the reason why they're so deadly. But as a person with arachnophobia, 8 legged furies be rather creepy.

We originally had Fury-Tanks in BZ1. The same argument could be made for them as they didn't fly. I actually think that they were more deadly than the saucers because they could hide behind hills and were less exposed during attacks.

A Fury walker with double the fire-power and armour strength of the saucer variant would be a force to be reckoned with.

Furies are supposed to be the stuff of nightmares, so if I cover every possible phobia in their design I shouldn't have a problem with that.

Fangs for snakes, 8 legs for spiders, big red noses and face-paint for clowns... just cover the basics.
