Probably something like My Docs/Battlezone II/bindata

If on XP, {BZ2InstallDir}\data\bindata. If on Vista/7/8, look in {MyDocs}\My Games\Battlezone II\data\bindata\

Console messages in bz2edit.exe are serious warnings. Your goal is to reduce it to zero messages on console and battlezone.log on launching maps before release.
