Well I Haven't seen the Xbox game servers un-moderated... This may not come to some of you as a surprise but I have been banned a few times on a few different games... I am lucky none of them where perma bans

. Also I modded my gamer score, that got reset as a warning. Also it's not illegal to mod any console, to use a modded console on the company's server that made the console could be against their ToS, but the most that will happen is you will get banned or something. Also when you pay for online, you are paying for the bandwidth and hard drive space on there server that your matches and online records take up, you are also paying for that hardware, power used for the server, maintenance on the server, security (*CO* PSN LOL *UGH*), pretty much anything the server cost. And some servers on Xbox live are not owned my Microsoft, Final Fantasy (I think that's what it is called? It's some MMO that's on a space station and there is robots, furries..., human and elves, the game design is very Asian inspired, someone here might know the name) Use's it's own server.
The reason why you don't pay for games like halo is because the only server owned by a company is the one that shows you all of the other games hosted by other people, witch are cheap, everything else is done by your internet, and that has flaws like lag and if your Canadian like me there is a good chance you have a bandwidth cap because the ISP's in Canada want all of your money for not 0 internets

.
But back on topic, my opinions of this years E3
HALO 4!!!
HALO ANNIVERSARY!!!
I have always liked the Halo story line

.
Gears of War 3!
Kinect things! (I like Kinect Fun Labs

)
TV ON XBOX!
YOUTUBE ON XBOX!
GRAW Gun Smith!
and... I'm not a fan of sony but the NGP looks like it has some sweet hardware. And I'm also not a fan of Nintendo but the LoZ:OoT on the NDS is cool

.
Those are the things I liked this E3.
These are the things I didn't like.
Sony being late, and there NGP 3G version (My opinion, you do not need to always be online, I know it's an option but still meh)
Nintendo's silly Wii U -.- it reminds me of the old spice commercials, "look down, now up, look back down again, your controllers is now giving you a prompt, look back again, you are now dead, you could have stayed alive but you looked down and read the prompt... get the point?) Also it looks way to small to fit any good hardware in it, and in an apartment with a lot of WiFi, they can create interference with the controllers Bluetooth creating lag ,WiFi and Bluetooth have been known to cause problems (I'm not sure about the Bluetooth, I just read it somewhere, don't take my word about the controller if it does use Bluetooth, if it does then WiFi could be a problem). The console maybe 1080p, I can make an un-textured cube and display it in 1080p, it does not mean the graphics are good, it just means the resolution is high (In my opinion being 780p with more colliding particles, higher poly count and more things on the screen is better then 1080p and having less of those other things.
