Yes, I still think of those getting into the BZ world after around 2003 as 'new'. Mind you . . not 'noobs', just new as in missing out on around half of BZ's history, and most certainly missing the heyday.

Well I joined in 2009 or 10 so I'm way new according to you.
And I wasn't counting BZU.

I came around the time that the 1.4 'K' 'patch'/whatever came out... I had been playing a few years before that on and off with my dad, but 1.4K was really when I started getting into it...

Personally, religion is a part of the worlds problems. There are so many that they conflict with each other, and tend to cause mistrust amongst the different cultures that make up the world. I believe in the bible, but there are so many variants it's really hard to grasp the issue in the poll. More then likely it'll be an option not included labeled, "All of the above."

Agreed. While I don't hold them solely responsible, they are major contributors. However I also believe if there was no organized religion, then people would just find some other reason to kill each other. Not like we needed reasons before organized religion.

well heres some that we seem to use besides religion.

1.becouse we can.
2.mintal problems.
3.greed.
4.for their land.

There is only one Holocaust (proper noun). However, holocaust as a noun means a burnt sacrifice. I think the word you are looking for is genocide.

Well, you still could call it a Holocaust, given it was mass, intentional death of a certain group. Genocide fits as well, but really both terms as regualr nouns would work. But of course, Holocaust as a proper noun has its place in the Jewish Holocaust.

nah, i don't believe it; they tell me that Islam is a peaceful... No way they would kill all those Christians by force marching them into the desert, raping and killing them, then burying them in the sand like that...
