I highly recommend these guys https://www.nfoservers.com/ . I have a dedicated server and a few VDS (VPS's) from them, [and a web hosting plan - Just for the extra storage, backups, etc].
THey also offer web hosting, cheap. No cPanel, but you really don't need that, honestly. They have their own custom built web panel and I love it better than cpanel.

Edit: They probably aren't the best suggestion for web hosting now that I think of it. No Dedicated IP's for webhosting - if you want that you'll need a Dedicated or Virtual Server. Since I only use my webspace for server backups, it's great.
