I agree, the last episode was the best in this half of the season for sure. I can't wait for new years special :).

I think they're doing a half-series rather than a special episode for christmas this time.

No still a Christmas special this year. The season format change will be next year for the holidays.

Also: Season finale was good. We all knew the Doctor wasn't actually going to die, but I was curious to see how he'd get out of it.

So the question is literally Doctor who?
So what can we expect then? Some campaign to reveal the Doctor's real name or more of his as-of-yet-untold history?

LOST EPISODES RECOVERED FROM SPACE
A BBC team have been working closely with Dr Venn's team to help recover the signals. BBC Television historian Peter Wells, explained "We now know these are original broadcasts. So far we have recovered about 7 weeks of old television signals from space. Every day in our lab is like traveling back in time. And speaking of which we have just started the digital recovery of signals that contain lost Doctor Who episodes.

LOL it's actually a gag article from April fools day, I think.

I wondered if anyone was paying attention. ;)

Actually that was a report of the April, 2009 broadcast bounce-back off the larger bodies of the outer Oort Cloud. The outer Oort sphere has an abnormally large amount of hard metallic bodies, and is right at 16 light months out for the original announcement of the Dr. Who bounce back of the original broadcast to be arriving back right about now.

This season has disappointed me.
Also, what do you guys think of the movie coming out in 2013?
Personally, I do NOT think it is a good idea at all.

Sorry for the epic bump. But Series 7 starts Saturday and little mini-web-isode-things have popped up called (Pond Life). Thoughts?

Oh good, were back! I should be able to borrow some more sound fx, assuming they actually say anything.

Yep. :)
I hope 7 is better than 6. 6 was rough, imo.
