Although Slaor is not physically among us (its hard to imagine that it has been over a year) the project continues and his art has a chance to be seen and enjoyed.
I wish that Slaor was here to see it get to this stage and I thought you guys would be interested to see it.

You know. The videos of Void Destroyer remind me of how I always envisioned the space battles in Ender's Game (the book, havent watched the movie).

It was successfully Greenlit and Kickstarted. It is currently in Steam Early Access. There are bugs (it IS in beta after all) and he is working quite hard on it and is VERY responsive on the steam forum for the game.
I've been trying to track down a mouse lag bug but have not had much time to really dig in.
