Sorry I play in RTS mode usually so I don't see fog a lot. Sometimes I do notice dissipating the fog when I approach the target seems to be a bit jerky. Sorry I can't be more specific. However I will look for fog issues & share them with you.
As for lighting I find that everything is rather same. For example in Jungle Love if I move into the center right area with the biometal pool, the surroundings are as bright as the rest of the map. One would realistically expect the area to be a bit dark as its within high cliffs.
Can fog be introduced in the RTS mode?

				there should be fog in there already, otherwise you could see to the horizon clear as a bell.
what i did was use the newly added fog settings and made the sunlight move slowly.  turn on high shadows to see how they move.

				cool, good to hear.  the way it's set now, an in-game day should last about 42 minutes.  let me know if that needs adjusting.
