Is there a .cfg to increase the opacity of the chatbox?

By that I mean the blackish, semi-transparent background of the chatbox in MP games. In certain areas the colored text becomes difficult to read, especially if it happens to match the sky fog color.

It is in the pak-files. Dont ask me the name of the file though, cant remember from the back of my head.

That's what I need, the file name. I have minimal cfg experience, I don't really know what I'm looking for but once I find it I should be able to fumble my way through getting what I want out of it.

Its located in bzgame_stats.cfg
