Wireframes

Would it be possible to make bz2 render geometry in wireframe mode? I understand sight camera does that, but what if I wanted a specific ship to be a wireframe?

So long as you wanted it to look like that all the time you could just make a UV map, export the UV texture and use that as the texture. It would look like a wireframe ship.

Can't change it on-the-fly though, unless .dll swaps out craft

It would look like a wireframe ship.
It would look like a bad wireframe ship, as the textures 2 dimensional nature would be quite obvious when drawn on a 3d model.
