How do I turn off the system info text?

I'm trying to take some nice 1080 HD in game shots to get more people interested in the game, but I can't figure out how to get rid of the text at the top left of the screen. Is there a command or a setting I have to change in a file?

I did a search for images that had high degrees of similarity to your avatar, and then used the results to find a word to Google. That word led me to the correct spelling and more information. I used that in a search again to find the linked image. This all took about 1 min.

I used to go reverse web surfing in the 90's... I won't even mention the things I saw. Seriously, don't do it. There's some pretty messed up s**t on the net.
