I was playing Instant Action as a Scion the other day, and while I was inside the Scion Antenna Mound, I heard some strange muttering coming out of nowhere. It sounded like a mentally-retarded kid trying to talk through a radio. Is this a glitch? Can anyone tell me what this is?

As far as I know, there's always been unintelligible radio chatter coming from comms buildings (even back to BZ1).

Or maybe the sound of dead vet's turning in their graves...

Yes, but this is really, really strange. The noises don't even sound Scion-ish.

Yeah, but didn't they figure out that it was just the Cerberi hacking into your brain?

There's an excellent chance that's just the ambient sound Antennas/Overseers make. Most powered buildings make ambient sounds of some sort, comm buildings tend to be the most obvious. Jammers make by far the most obvious and annoying sound, though. (Although I suppose they're comm buildings too, sorta.)

If you start hearing unintelligible voices when you're not near an Antenna/Relay Bunker, follow Red Devil's advice.
