Quake 3 / Openarena / Quake Live

Anyone else play these? I recently found the defrag mod, which works perfectly with open arena. I've spent quite a while learning the maps and techniques and playing online with it.
Quake live tiers:
CTF: 4
CA: 2
FFA: 3
Duel: 3
TDM: 3

Got Q3, also got a QL account but don't play it much.

I played a bunch of Q3A MP ten years ago or so. Haven't touched it for at least 6 or 7.
