I believe the guy stuck in the tree, that also gives the Michael speech is 'Brother in Arms'. One of the few in the video I've actually played. Also the dude with the barcode on the back of his bald head is 'Hitman'.

I want to say that it's a Materia, but so many games use the small sphere motif that it could be anything.

Oh, and the guy at the bar is "Uncharted".
