Ahh the memories!!!

The bad assets issue was caused by you downgrading from C back to 1.3.6.2. The patch for c updated a dll that didn't revert back when you reinstalled 1.3.6.2. I was able to just follow the following procedure to join your game.

1. Start with a clean bz2 install
2. Apply 1.3.6.4
3. Apply 1.3.6.4c (Updates problematic dll)
4. Reapply 1.3.6.4

At this point, I was able to join your game. The sync issue we had was not an asset issue at all. 1.3.6.4 had a major synchronization issue. When the game would go out of sync, it would not resync. The only way to resync the game was to quit then rejoin. That had been fixed in a build prior to c.
