Permission to use fixed pbones00

So I found out the building I wanted to use was never fixed or completed. I would like permission to use the fixed version from UEP.
However I dont know who to ask.
Could somebody tell me who to ask, or could the person responsible for it let me know XD

i think 'thejamsh' owns/is responsible for that.

I know we have a "fixed" one that has a nice interior with a ramp and everything else. That one is by GH. Anything in the UEP is very clear as to its author when you look into the assets.

It's by GreenHeart and as with most of his stuff it is probably okay for use.
