Bear in mind that movies run at 24fps. Fraps generally locks to 30 IIRC.

Yes I am indeed that stupid.

But what i am getting at, I have the file saved as a .aup file, I can't seem to attach it to my e-mail. Am I doing something wrong here?I would assume so. My computer also will not allow me to covert it to a compressed folder.

Can't you save it as mp3 or wav or wmv?

Windows 7 and its latest, as far as I know, Audacity version, 1.3 beta.

Can't you just convert it, or not use Audacity, or something?
I don't have a W7 computer, so I can't really help.
