Has anybody noticed Padishah Frank Burns?

Do you mean to tell me that NO ONE has seen the Scion Leader himself in the "Payback" mission on the ISDF campaign? Come on! He's got what appears to be a huge stature (compared to ISDF and Scion pilots,) a Duchenne smile, and he's shirtless. Frankly (no pun intended,) he looks like a gorilla-faced shirtless Rock.

Dang, I used to watch MASH. So is it a possibility that Pandemic derived the Padishah's likeness from the same Frank Burns?

Bear in mind that what you see as a Scion is most likely simply a person in a suit.

Also bear in mind that Burns is the first Scion. It may not have worked quite the same way is Scion transformation currently does. Something may have gone wrong, or his technology may be a little more primitive. N1 has the answer, I think. But yeah, he looks like that, and the other Scions probably don't.
