Most Played/Recent 1.3 Patch?

I am seeing many topics about the 1.3.6.4 patch, and I am confused about which one is for testing purposes and released patches. Some are stickied, others seem newer, and some have broken links.

Could someone give me a link (preferably GSH) to the most played, and the most recent?

Thats hard to say. I 'think' the most played is probably the last version before the Raknet-tests versions, but those are the most recent.
You cant play 1.3.6.4 online (without direct matchmaking), so what you 'see' being played is the last Raknet-test version, 6.4n.

I've seen 6.4n getting touted as the most stable BZ2 has ever been, though I'm not sure how valid that is.

RakNet support came about in 1.3.6.3, and 1.3.6.0 was the point of transition between Gamespy QR1 and Gamespy QR2.
