Re: Bin Laden.
Good riddance.
Took you guys long enough to get him.
This is indeed an iconic day for the world.

Re: Bin Laden.
That's kind of one of the issues the global community has. Get the US to spend the cash and do the crap work. Then many in the world provide peanut gallery and Monday morning quarterbacking evaluation.bigbadbogie wrote:Good riddance.

I'm sure it will be the same for this.
Re: Bin Laden.

Either way, because of the way Al Quackda works, there will be someone to replace him within weeks/months

Re: Bin Laden.
Before his death Al-Qaida threatened that if bin Laden dies a nuke hidden in Europe will be detonated. If it exists, which I highly doubt, you can say goodbye to probably either London or Paris.

(I can view this from several different angles, but from all sides the US takes the lead in this particular issue.)
Story of the day here. If it were true, we'd have heard a big bang by now.Fulmen wrote:Before his death Al-Qaida threatened that if bin Laden dies a nuke hidden in Europe will be detonated. If it exists, which I highly doubt, you can say goodbye to probably either London or Paris.

Re: Bin Laden.
If Bin Laden had a nuke, I highly suspect he would want to experience the 'righteousness' of bringing the infidel to their knees and not wait till his death.

Make the US solve your problem. Wait X number of years. Things go wrong after the fact. Blame the US and make them solve your problem.Red Spot wrote:I've been though that when you create a mess, you have to clean it up.
